The Kangloma Retreat

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed ourselves. The room was spotless, the service excellent, and both the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The balcony view from our room was stunning. Many thanks for making our visit so pleasant🙏

Our stay here was wonderful; the food, service, and staff were all fantastic. The atmosphere felt cozy and peaceful, like being at home. The view was stunning 👏 100/10. The food was incredibly tasty 😋 100/10.

I booked through Make My Trip and traveled with two small children. The amenities promised on the voucher were completely missing. The staff became rude when they saw we had kids and asked us to leave. They claim there is a power issue, but this should be disclosed upfront instead of false advertising. They do have rooms with the listed facilities, but those were given to other guests who paid directly. The food is barely enough to get by. The kitchen is dirty and the bathroom has a bad smell. It feels like a lodge with no lights from 9 pm to 5 am. Nearby places have lights, as I photographed, but they deliberately turn off the main power to save on electricity bills. Avoid based on fake reviews.
