Nice hotel with very good service from the staff. The food is tasty and enjoyable.

Pros: - The room was compact but cozy and tidy. - The breakfast buffet was nice, offering a fair range of choices until July 22nd. - The staff were polite and respectful. Cons: - Wi-Fi: Did not work at all during my stay. Even after repeatedly telling the staff I had an exam the next day and urgently needed internet, I was always told "we're working on it." Nothing got fixed. Mobile reception was also weak. Reception staff tried to assist, but management was totally ineffective. - MANAGEMENT: Instead of responding to every bad review with “We will take it into consideration,” try addressing issues while guests are still here. Before denying my stay, know I was in Room 306. If you are short-staffed, inform guests that requests may take longer rather than leaving them uncertain. - ROOM: There was no bedside table, so I had to hold my plate while eating. Only a utility table was in the room. Not everyone wants to go down to the restaurant for meals. (Suggestion: Provide a foldable table for twin bed rooms.) - TV: Operating it was complicated and took nearly an hour. - STAFF: Though polite, communication could improve. For example, when I told reception I’d need housekeeping later, they just said "Okay" without explaining housekeeping hours. Better communication would have prevented confusion.

Great service. The team was very welcoming and it was a positive experience overall.

The restaurant service was quite bad.
