The Regency

I just want to say you can't judge this place solely by the reviews; you have to experience it yourself! I absolutely love the Regency! I moved in recently in May, and this is my first high-rise. It's stunning—I adore the renovations, my view, and how easily I can get to downtown restaurants and fun events! I recommend it to anyone wanting luxury living on a budget. I feel like I'm living the Suite Life of Zack and Cody! The security is solid, elevators work well, there's a coffee shop where I get my daily matcha and London fog, a convenience store with fresh hot food, and my favorite—their pizza! Imagine being hungry at 10 pm when most places are closed, and I can just go downstairs for some delicious food. Overall, I really love it here.

I've been here for years and it just keeps getting worse. The elevator situation is truly terrible; don't believe them if they say one is under maintenance—you'll end up waiting over 20 minutes just to leave your room because the elevators are either frequently broken or the maintenance staff are constantly moving them back and forth between two floors. They seem more focused on cramming people in than on improving living conditions. People with mobility problems are basically stuck without working elevator access; it feels like too much responsibility for them to manage. They act shocked about drunk people outside, even though the store attached to this building is the only place on the street that sells alcohol.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. The management is very rude, and the building is in poor condition. Despite being smoke-free, cigarette smoke is always present, coming into your unit from others. I even found black water, and management claimed that's normal (Yeah, right, they are lying).

We stayed in a studio that was very spacious, allowing me to bring in actual furniture. The staff kept it clean and well-maintained. Parking can be tricky unless you have a small car that fits in the garage. The amenities are great, including a gym, pool, and club room. I would definitely recommend this place.

The Regency is truly one of my favorite places I've ever lived! I've been here for three years and recently moved up to a one-bedroom, and I'm so thankful to live somewhere with such convenience, especially the store that has everything and stays open daily until 11pm! I enjoy the charming lounge with my favorite honey lavender matcha and desserts. The 24-hour security makes me feel much safer than at my previous homes. I appreciate the 24-hour gym that's never crowded, so I can comfortably focus on my fitness. The rooftop pool is amazing! I've met many people here who have become friends; everyone is so friendly and diverse. I have a puppy, and when it's rainy or snowy, I love that I can just go downstairs to the pet spa and take my dog out without leaving the building. There's also a game room with a pool table and classic 80's video games, plus a clubhouse you can rent and get your money back! Honestly, there is so much to do both inside and outside The Regency, it's wonderful. I adore my skyline view, especially overlooking the Devin Tower at night, which looks stunning when the Thunder wins a game. Honestly, I don't understand why anyone wouldn't want to live here. The staff is kind and attentive, always making sure you're heard and cared for. This is my genuine opinion, and I look forward to making many more memories here!
