What i wrote about 5 months back about this hotel. Nothing has changed since then. Rather things are detoroating. Starting from check in. Today when i get down from car a person came and pick up my luggage and droped in front of lift and went back. He didnt even consider it approproate to take that to the reception which is still at 5th floor. After checking in room no. 515, i found that there was no hand towel and also room was not fresh. It seems that either they dont change the bedsheet or the bed sheets are so old that it cant give a fresh look to room at all. In bath room, no hot water. U try every rotation of shower handle, hot water will not come. Seems hotel doesnt have policy to provide hot water. In toiletries, one small.piece of shop either use it for bathing purpose or hand wash. No comb, no shoe shiner nothing except the dental kit and shaving kit. No bandage etc nothing. And only 2 half liter of water bottle, no more refilling. Etc water on payment basis. Property is good. I asked for lunch and was served quickely but the waiter didnt bring serving spoon. And on asking why he didnt, said sorry bhul gya. No repercassion.The days of this hotel are counted. Seems a new property is coming up in front. This hotel will doe down because of its service and hospitality. Location also good. But first entry to hotel is messy. U have to find out the check in desk because its located at 5th floor. So no guest welcome at gate because there will be no one. Second if you are stating u and feel thirsty please bring your own water as after two half liter bottle u have to pay for it. Room service is not so good. U have to call several times to ask to remove utensils if u have ordered in room service. When the food will come dont expect anything. Housekeeping number, in last five month of my stay at various occasion, i never sen it responding. Towels in bath room are old and soon will torn aprt. No freshness. Facility wise, over rated hotel. It shouldnt be more than 2000-2500. Rates are really high considering the facility given.Overall experience very poor. Its the last stay. Not at all advisable. Rather come for dining as food is good. ’’’’’’’’

This has to be one of the best hotel in Dibrugarh.The location is good & all the basic facilities are provided.Rooms are spacious & clean.The service is also quick & the food including breakfast is tasty.The tariff online is more reasonable.I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dibrugarh
