My experience at Hotel Royal Place was very disappointing.The staff is extremely rude and not responsive at all. Even for a simple request like getting drinking water, they took almost half an hour.Late at night, the gatekeeper also showed reluctance to open the gate, which felt unsafe and unprofessional.Overall, the service quality is very poor. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their staff behaviour and responsiveness.
