Had a really wonderful stay at The Sapphire. It’s a relatively new hotel, just completing its first year, and you can see that the owners have put a lot of thought into the design. They’ve kept things simple and practical, with pretty much everything a guest would actually need during a stay.I particularly liked the quality of the bathroom amenities — they were really good. The breakfast also had the right selection for the price. The room had all the useful facilities you’d expect, including good Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, mini-bar fridge and tea kettle. Overall, I felt the hotel was well worth the price.What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was courteous, smiling, energetic and very approachable. A special mention to the security person, who went out of his way to lend his scooter so that we could get some medicine from a nearby pharmacy. That was such a thoughtful gesture and was genuinely appreciated.Just two small suggestions: the pillows are a little too big and weren’t very comfortable for me. Also, having a dimmed night lamp would be great, as the existing lights are quite bright when switched on at night.Apart from these it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely be happy to stay at The Sapphire again.
