Ibooked an A/C deluxe room for 13/05/2026. Even though the check-in time was 12 PM, we were made to wait until 1:30 PM. The reception staff behaved very rudely and said, “If you want, we can give you a non-A/C room, otherwise no rooms are available.” They did not even have the courtesy to ask us to wait comfortably.What was more frustrating was that when we finally got our room on the 3rd floor, most of the rooms there appeared to be vacant. The room was poorly maintained — the bedsheets were not properly arranged, and basic amenities like drinking water bottles, soap, and shampoo were not provided. Even the toilet was not cleaned properly.Parking was another terrible experience. We were told that parking would only be available after 3:30 PM, so in the unbearable heat we had to search for parking in the narrow streets nearby.Overall, the experience felt as if they were doing us a favor by allowing us to stay there. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
