I booked through Agoda, but although the reservation was made for this hotel, the hotel's name and the pictures of the hotel and room did not correspond with what was displayed on the website or app. The hotel listed under this name on Agoda is actually named Hotel Vihari Grand, and the booking is for that. The building and the hotel, which occupies part of it, are poorly maintained and in bad condition. The rooms have no redeeming features, and there is nothing positive about this hotel.

Hotel name and photos do not match posting on Agoda, though the booking got routed to this one. Actual listed hotel does not exist. Zero building maintenance, dirty stairwell,.equally squalid rooms. Broken fittings in bathroom,.no hot water, shower blocked, no ventilation. No decent restaurants in the area. In the middle of a very crowded and dirty street. No parking. Breakfast at hotel.is limited and best forgotten.
