Tree Top Resort

Good service. A group of 25 persons stayed at resort. Mobin and team with manager had coordinated in a good manner. The location was good beyond this resort only deep forest . In winter we can see good streams inside the property. As the property near to forest we need to book safari to silent valley earlier before stay. The food was good. Overall enjoyed well by our team.

The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of tasty options that made the day start well. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, creating a pleasant experience throughout the visit. However, the cleanliness of some areas could be improved to match the overall quality of the service. The prices felt a little on the expensive side, but the food quality and hospitality partly justified the cost. Overall, it was a satisfying experience with room for improvement.

We had a nice experience staying at Treetop resort silent valley. The place is so beautiful and wrapped inside nature. Great food too! The best place to stay if you are planning to visit silent valley.

Very disappointing experience at this resort. During our stay, there was a power outage and no proper backup support. The bathroom did not even have a heater, which was very inconvenient. We also found a lizard inside the room, showing poor maintenance and cleanliness. The WiFi connection was extremely poor and barely worked. On top of that, the management informed us that outside food is not allowed, but there were no signs or prior information mentioned anywhere regarding this rule. What made the experience even worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of both managers, who spoke to us very informally and disrespectfully. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the money. Definitely would not recommend.

’’’’’Stayed at Treetop Resort with family and had a genuinely peaceful experience. The best part of this place is the silence, spatial calmness, natural acoustics, and very low human interference. The treehouse feels deeply connected to nature. The atmosphere is extremely calm and safe for families. The pool was clean and enjoyable during our stay. The staff were very courteous, and the manager, Biju, was especially helpful and caring throughout the visit. If you truly want to relax, hear nature, enjoy fresh mountain air, and experience a quiet forest atmosphere near Silent Valley, Treetop Resort is highly recommended. One of the rare places where silence itself becomes the luxury.
