The experience was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. Despite having a confirmed booking and making full advance payment for the stay from 26th to 28th, I was denied entry along with my fiancé due to certain terms and conditions that were not clearly highlighted or disclosed at the time of booking. What makes the situation worse is that I was denied the service entirely and have still not received any refund. When I requested a refund, there was no proper customer support available—only automated bot responses that failed to resolve the issue. I was repeatedly told that Ixigo is responsible for the cancellation, while your own website denied the cancellation request, leaving me stuck between two platforms with no accountability from either side. This lack of transparency, coordination, and basic customer support caused severe inconvenience, mental stress, and financial loss. Refusing service after taking full payment and then denying both cancellation and refund reflects highly unprofessional and unethical business practices. I strongly expect an immediate refund and a clear resolution, failing which I will be compelled to escalate the matter further.

I stayed at this Treebo hotel in Visakhapatnam with my family on 10th Oct 2025 and it was a very disappointing experience. The rooms were just average, but the overall cleanliness of the property was terrible. The corridors and common areas had a strong, unpleasant smell. The dining area was even worse ’ dirty, unhygienic, and with an unbearable odor. The wash area was so filthy that I genuinely felt like throwing up.This place seriously needs proper cleaning and maintenance. The Wi-Fi was also not working. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or hygienic stay.
