Treebo Premium La Orchid, Big Temple

Great stay at Treebo’s. Room service was good. Clean and spacious room including washroom. Close to thanjavur periya kovil and other sight seeing spots.Complimentary breakfast was decent.

Everything was good enough, not spectacular, but okay.Accessibility: the lift goes down to the basement/garage. Yet, the slope to get down or up is too steep to realistically climb in a wheelchair on your own. The rooms themselves are sufficiently spacious, but not adapted.

I stayed in the hotel after Pongal 17.01.25 to 18.01.25 and it was Saturday night dinner at around 9 pm...the restaurant attached to the hotel was full and no preference to the people staying in the hotel and there is no food also to be serviced to the room,hence we had to check for online food delivery apps and search for dinner from outside restaurant... horrible experience.I had to run for food with my child who was already hungryOn the next day Complimentary breakfast was of no use only limited menu...no cut fruits or dosa or bread available only few items and taste was also not upto the mark.Overall family people please avoid this hotel.There are few other better options at this cost

Had to finish the pending review for Treebo group property. We traveled across south India in the spring of 2025 and stayed for a night. Having stayed with Taj, Radisson, Sterling and budget hotel group Bloom, we decided to check out Treebo.1. On check in felt we did not feel welcomed2. On getting to the room staff were in the unit cleaning the bathroom3. Seemed they were reluctant to give us some towels or bathroom tissues4. Cleanliness was certainly an issue overall5. On checking out the young customer service girl followed us to stop us saying they had to check everything was okay in the room first and that there was stain in the towel used. Incidentally it was just the vermilion mark from the forehead.6. Our driver was looking for Treebo sign - there was none except La Orchid.Was completely disappointed with Treebo at this property which doubled when trying to check in in Pondicherry Treebo - reviewed separately

For the price of the rooms paid and in a tier 2 city, I expected better service and cleanliness. But1. we walked into a room with stained mattress. When asked for change of mattress - the cleaning lady kept constantly arguing with us "its already washed", people who come here make it untidy, what can I do".2. the rooms have no mirrors. LITERALLY. Nowhere. Not even in the washroom. They have some dark tinted glasses instead -___- First time seeing a hotel room with NO mirror3. The breakfast spread - no cereals, no break, jam, butter, egg, cut fruitsThe services were not really up to the price charged - Disappointed.
