This property does not live up to the expectations of a premium hotel. While the rooms are neat, bathrooms are clean, and the AC works properly, the overall experience was far from satisfactory for the price being charged.The rooms are quite narrow and feel cramped. Service is also not up to the mark. Even basic amenities like water bottles are not provided in the room unless specifically requested, which is surprising for a hotel claiming to be in the premium category.Another major disappointment was the key card policy. We were unexpectedly charged ’1000 for a lost key card, which feels excessive. Guests should be aware that it is safer to deposit the key card at the front desk when leaving the hotel.Although the booking appeared under the Treebo group, the property experience is very different from the usual Treebo standards. It felt misleading.Additionally, even for family bookings they provide two separate single beds instead of a proper double/king bed, which is inconvenient.Overall, the hotel has some positives like decent breakfast and clean rooms, but the service, room size, and extra charges make it poor value for the price. The management should seriously improve the service quality and transparency if they want to justify the rates they are charging.

One of the best stays in vizag, in the heart of the city, very close to most central location l. food is very good, if you are travelling to vizag and on a budget its the best place.

Stayed here for about 3 days to explore Vizag. I'll start with the location first, very close to RK Beach. And it's in the prime area. Second comes the room, very well maintained and premium room (Don't you worry about the reviews, even I was worried after seeing the reviews at the time of booking but definitely worth it). The third comes the complimentary breakfast that was like a cherry on the top. A very premium and good hotel to stay.

Very disappointing service.They don’t provide early check-in even if you request politely ’ instead, they ask for extra payment. And even after my actual check-in time arrived, they still delayed giving me the room by another 15 minutes.On top of that, the internet doesn’t work at all, which makes it feel like a complete waste of money. Would definitely not recommend this place.
