If Agoda recommends hotels like this on its website, your reputation will go down, and I will not use Agoda again in the future.The hotel looked very good in the photos, but the reality was completely different. There was no breakfast, no complimentary water bottles, and no shower kit provided.Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and the misleading information presented online.

This is the worst hotel I've encountered. I booked it through Oyo and can't understand why Oyo included this hotel on their platform. The main door lacked latches or an inside handle, making it easy to get robbed. There was no water in the bathroom, and it took several complaints and about half an hour to fix. The bed was so bad it was almost vomit-inducing. It's a shady hotel at best. I strongly urge Oyo to remove it from their platform. People would be better off sleeping at a railway station than staying here. I personally left after about an hour, prioritizing safety and hygiene over money.

My stay at OYO Townhouse near CMR Hall was very disappointing and I would not recommend it. Initially, I had trouble locating the hotel because the name displayed at the site differed from the booking name. When I contacted OYO customer support, they didn't provide the reception's phone number. I arrived at 7:10 AM after getting off the bus at 7:00 AM, but due to the confusion, I could only check in around 8:00 AM. The reception staff were unprofessional, handing me the room key without any explanation or help. The room was in poor condition with dirty bed, floor, and furniture. The bathroom was unhygienic, and essential items like drinking water, soap, towels, and clean sheets were missing. There was no hot water, the AC was broken, and water supply was inadequate. Although I booked a room with breakfast, the hotel had no kitchen; breakfast was brought from outside, and guests had to go outside for tea or water. Many rooms were occupied by intoxicated guests, and management did nothing to address this, making it unsuitable for families. The online photos are misleading and outdated; the real condition is far worse. Staff were rude and unhelpful whenever we sought assistance. Overall, I strongly advise against staying here.
