Property is not maintained well. There is no cleanliness. Receptionist is not helping anymore. If we ask for anything he is saying company is not given to us anything. WiFi is not working. Even in bathroom shampoo, soap is not there and if we ask him he is not answering. Lift is not working. Such a terrible hotel. I booked it for my family. They are suffering there. Pathetic hotel. No cleanliness.
Pathetic Experience. Do not ever book Treebo SS Residency Dapoli. There was no power supply as we reached at the hotel. Owner refused to provide backup power supply as they did not have enough bookings. We tried to contact Treebo but they did not support as payment was already made. We had no option but to look for other hotel at night. This hotel was booked through Make My Trip App. It was a family trip and spoiled by Treebo, SS Residency Dapoli and Make My Trip.

Family • Jun 2026I recently stayed at SS Residency in Dapoli, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.The photos shown online are outdated and do not match the actual condition of the property. In reality, the rooms are poorly maintained and not clean at all. The bedsheets were old and visibly dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable.The washroom was also not clean, which is a basic expectation from any hotel and was quite unacceptable.On top of that, the staff was not cooperative or helpful, making the overall experience even worse. Despite being advertised as a 3-star hotel, the service and quality do not even meet 1-star standards.I would not recommend staying here unless there are major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and staff behavior.
