Your efforts truly made the stay comfortable.Hanumantha, was very helpful and polite, always ready to assist with a smile.At the front office, Vinay, Harish, and Nanagouda were extremely professional, welcoming, and efficient in handling all requests smoothly.In the restaurant, Surya, Harish, and Ram Reddy provided great service with a friendly attitude, making dining a pleasant experience.A big thanks to Shanawaz, the sales manager, for his coordination and support.Lastly, compliments to the chefs Ashish and Manoj for the delicious food’it was truly enjoyable.Overall, the entire team did an amazing job. Comfortable Stay Despite Lift

Rooms are spacious and clean. The lift was under maintenance and had to climb 2 floors to reach the room. Hopefully once they fix, it should be sorted. It's in a good locality, overall comfortable stay.

Disappointing Stay Experience

Lots of improvement is required:1. Property is not well- maintained. Cleanliness is required2. Breakfast quality needs improvement. Also it was not served on time. We had to wait although we were told that breakfast will be served by 0730.3. Checkout was cumbersome. There was no one in reception counter causing additional delays. No one was there to help with luggage4. We felt that there is shortage of staff as well . One person is trying to look after everything5.Food was over- priced. Also, water bottle is three times the usual price.6. No toiletries provided .If someone need a bed / lodge, this hotel will work but not more than that.
