We had a wonderful stay at the resort with our baby. The staff was very polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made our family stay even more enjoyable. The location was a major highlight, as the resort is very close to the beach, making it extremely convenient to enjoy the beach with our little one.Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable family experience. We really appreciated the hospitality, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent location. We would be happy to visit this resort again!
The hotel is a little under-prepared to take guests. There were no beach chair, table, umbrellas or towel, upon asking the hotel staff denied that request cant be fulfilled. Most of the items in the food menu were not available most of the time. if you are looking to stay near palolem beach then this is the ideal location with the best sea view.
