They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help especially Ms Julie ’ with genuine smiles. Their hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. I had a very pleasant stay at tsg grand. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping.The food was also excellent’fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. We had a pleasant stay at TSG Grand. The overall experience was very good, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.At the reception, Sanya welcomed us warmly. Since we had booked our stay through MakeMyTrip, the room dimensions mentioned during booking were not accurate. When we arrived, we realized the room was not spacious enough for four people. Despite it being a busy day, Sanya quickly understood our concern and helped us by upgrading our room to a Deluxe room at a reasonable upgrade price. We truly appreciate her support and prompt assistance.We also had the dinner buffet at the hotel. They offered multiple vegetarian options at a decent price, and the buffet was complimentary for kids, which was a nice touch. Tanmay, who assisted us during dinner service, was very helpful and ensured we were well taken care of.Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent service. Thank you to the team for making our visit enjoyable.

We were travelling in group of 30 pax, from the day of check in till check the stay was really good. Very nice staff specially Ms Saniya, thanks to her we've been upgraded for 1 night in a higher category room. Reception staff was very friendly and handled everything under the leadership of Saniya, She made our stay ’? Subhojit from restaurant good service

Nice stay.From arrival to departure, our experience at TSG Grand was exceptional. Ms Saniya was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and had incredibly comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the quiet hallways and the delicious, varied breakfast. The service was top-notch, with staff always ready with a smile at front desk We can't wait to return!
