Stayed at Hotel MAGPIE from 09.07.2026 to 11.07.2026 in rooms 201, 202, 203, and 204. The location was ideal, and the staff, particularly Mr. Selvam, were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidy, and the breakfast selection was great. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Disappointing Stay

The stay was disappointing overall. While the staff was polite, the cleanliness of the hotel needs significant improvement. I noticed several cockroaches during my stay, which was quite concerning and affected my comfort. The room and common areas could also be maintained better. With improved sanitation and pest control, the experience would be much better.

Overall, the stay did not meet expectations. Although the staff were courteous, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. I saw multiple cockroaches during my visit, which was troubling and impacted my comfort. Both the room and shared spaces require better upkeep. Enhancing hygiene and pest management would greatly improve the experience.
