I stayed in Andaman shores for 1 day. First of all, I would like to mention that this property is near to airport. The stay was wonderful. Owner Safdar khan is very kind hearted person. I went on my child’s 1st bday and the staff over there made my child’s day a memorable one. Specifically the receptionist muskan and naresh ( roof top cafe chef). I would like to recommend this home stay in port Blair.
It was our last night in Port Blair and honestly, I wish I had booked this homestay earlier. Our first night in another homestay was a really bad experience because there were hours of power cuts and the owner was helpless as there was no proper backup generator, only an inverter I guess. After that, we specifically searched for a homestay with a backup generator near the airport for our last night and found this place.We had a very smooth and comfortable stay here. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The WiFi was also working well, which was important for us as my wife had a few meetings during our stay.Just a small thing to keep in mind — there is no lift, only stairs. But it wasn't much of a problem for us as our room was on the 2nd floor and the staff helped us with our luggage.They also have a nice little cafe on the terrace which was quite cozy, with a few continental food options. We had their filter coffee there and really enjoyed it.The location was excellent for us. We could easily walk to the airport, which was very convenient.The only thing I felt could be improved is the checkout time, which is 8 AM. They were kind enough to let us stay until 9 AM, but I really wish they could extend the checkout by a few hours.Overall, a very comfortable stay and definitely one I would consider again when visiting Port Blair.
