Pros: 1. The hotel is tidy and well-maintained. 2. Staff are welcoming, and breakfast is good. 3. Rooms are fairly spacious. 4. Equipped with a smart TV and a functional cupboard. 5. Provided an extra bed with mattress upon request. 6. Balcony offers a lovely view of the landscape. Cons: 1. The path to the hotel is very steep. 2. There is no elevator available. 3. Cleanliness could be improved further.

It's not really a private beach for walking, but the sea view is lovely for watching sunrises and sunsets. Edit: The hotel owners and operators never said they have a private beach, but some pictures in MMT reviews might be misleading, so I wrote this review. The hotel rooms and balconies have a view of the shoreline.

Wonderful Seaview Stay

We stayed at The Seaview Residency for a few days before heading to Havelock and Neil. Our experience was wonderful, largely due to Aman who assisted us in organizing our trip. The room with a sea view was excellent, and the food was delicious. There's no need to dine out; you can simply savor the sunset from your balcony while enjoying great food and relaxing!

Good location to the jetty and about 45 minutes walk to port blair there is a pathway along the coast halfway to port blair pleasant walk,the staff are very helpful and friendly one problem there is a mosque next door and call to prayer is 4am so if you are a light sleeper its not for you
