Spent the weekend here and had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic 🥰🥰🥰😍. The service and staff were very friendly. I suggest this spot if you're looking for tranquility in the hills. 😍

So we came here to celebrate another milestone and it has been the most heart felt expirence . We had slight issue in our room at 11:30 at night and they were kind enough to change it there and then without asking questions. I am so happy we chose this to celebrate my kids birthday. The staff is super helpful. I have special dietary requirement and carry insulin they took care of everything. Will visit again for sure ❤️. Tun tun the horsy is pure joy. U wake up to beautiful sunirse cute squirrels and too many birdies My new favorite place ..

Overall, our stay was pleasant but not outstanding. The location is stunning and the food is top-notch, yet various service and upkeep problems made the experience feel just average, especially given the high cost. What We Enjoyed * The meals were excellent throughout the day. * The setting is gorgeous with breathtaking views. * The grounds are well-kept with lots of greenery. Areas Needing Improvement Pool * The pool isn’t suitable for kids since it’s about 4.5 feet deep everywhere. * The pool was dirty; we had to ask several times for cleaning, and even then, it barely improved. * Only one kids’ swim tube was available. Staff promised to buy more multiple times, but none arrived even the next day. Renting options were also unavailable. * No lifeguard was on duty. One of our children nearly drowned, and no staff member was present to help. This was the most worrying part of our visit. Room Service * Daytime room service was good. * However, from 10 PM to 8 AM, calls went unanswered, leaving us unable to reach staff. Other Facilities * For games like cricket and badminton, there was only one bat, one ball, and one badminton set for a resort hosting about 20 families, so guests had to wait their turn. * The garden swing was broken. * The heart-shaped light shown in promotional photos did not work. Unexpected Charges * Our family suite was for four, but only two free water bottles were provided. Additional bottles were charged without prior notice. At minimum, more complimentary bottles should be given or charges clearly explained. * Similarly, morning tea was assumed included since our package had breakfast and high tea, but tea ordered at 8 AM (before breakfast at 8:30) was charged. This should have been communicated upfront. Summary The property boasts great food, lovely views, and a tranquil green setting. Yet inconsistent service, poorly maintained amenities, safety issues at the pool, and surprise fees detracted from the overall experience. Given the premium price, I expected much better management.
