Overall good staff, nice rooms and also courteous. I couldnt enjoy the full stay since my kind was unwell and had to checkout in 1 day itself.Location is far off from the river, so a nice river walk may need lot more walking, however if you dont mind the weather this is non issue.I know they are in the business of hotels. However, some blend of humanity will help them grow even bigger. My kid was unwell and i had to rush back due to lack of any medical facility but they didnt even entertain even 50% refund for 1 day booking. They said I should discuss with Agoda and when i discussed Agoda said they will call the hotel and when they did the hotel declined. So it was a trust buster for me. Else its all good.
The staff was very helpful.i was a solo traveller..they took a good care of me..Food was good..room n bathroom were also clean.They use generators as electricity offen fluctuate..the water of geyser is too hot in winter.i visited here in march..the important charging plugs offten work.that doesnot intrupt..if anybody needs they provide room heater also at a chargeable cost.the wifi is also in good speed..Overall this is a nice hotel to stay peacefully..nearby is old lachung monestry and katao mountain..Highly Recommended..Address is little tricky..I got to know it comes in shasha chowk ,the road is in front of mystique valley.katao road go strate.
