Seems like a fresh construction/renovation. Good room size and arrangement of interior decor. Perfect for short stays, very affordable too.Bathrooms can be slightly more cleaner, that's it. Rest was perfect! More than I expected frankly :)

I booked two A/C double bed rooms in Booking.com. When I visited hotel they offered me Non AC room with same price. Reception staffs doens't know English or tamil or Malayalam. Not friendly at all. Very bad experience. I ignored booking and left

We booked this hotel on 2nd oct till 5th which came up to 39k for 2 rooms. Upon reaching there, we were told that we told there no ac rooms and the only rooms available was non ac even though we had paid for ac rooms. Upon asking the guy at the reception denied that and insisted for that particular floor, ac wasn’t working from past 1 weeks and no one was even bothered to fix it.Then we asked the person to show the room, it literally felt like an oven inside. The room had no ac and room in this hotel has a windows for their rooms. In a hot and humid city like Mangalore, how can you not have windows, which is basic ventilation for a building.Due to sudden plan changes, we requested him that we won’t be staying till 5th, we’ll be leaving on 4th. The reception guy so arrogant, that he will not change for one day and we pay the money for all days either way we stay or not stay. Why would someone pay for a hotel which lacks basic things for one day extra which you are not staying. Then after these guys wasting our time for 2 hrs. We made a decision to leave there.I would not recommend anyone to this hotel. I have given 1 star out of 5, since there no option to give 0 star. Overall a terrible experience.

Seamless Stay and Caring Staff Made My Trip EffortlessMy stay at Super Townhouse Oak Mangalore turned out to be much better than I expected. I had a late check-in around 9 pm and all I wanted was a simple, quiet room with good air conditioning so that I could get a proper night’s rest. To my surprise, the front office team went above and beyond by upgrading me to a suite room and making sure everything I needed was taken care of, including arranging an iron box at short notice. Their helpfulness instantly made me feel at ease.Even though my time at the hotel was very short, the service left a lasting impression. The next morning I had to check out early because of meetings, but the staff ensured my luggage was kept safely after I left. What really stood out for me was the way they continued to assist me even post-checkout. I returned in the afternoon to collect a few things and later came back around 10:30 pm to finally pick up my bags before heading out again. Throughout, the staff was polite, accommodating, and genuinely attentive.It’s not often that a hotel team manages to make such a difference in such a short span of time, but Super Townhouse Oak Mangalore did exactly that. Their hospitality, customer care, and thoughtfulness made my otherwise rushed trip so much smoother.I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mangalore, whether for business or leisure. For me, their service spoke louder than anything else, and that makes all the difference.

I’ve stayed at several VITS properties and had a great experience at this very hotel a few months ago, but this visit was the complete opposite. Maintenance is in a terrible state, the rooms were dirty, and basic amenities were missing—no coffee/tea kits, no napkins, and nothing that made the stay comfortable. The restaurant wasn’t operational, so there were no on-site dining options. Parking is another nightmare: there’s no dedicated parking at all, only risky roadside parking that led to arguments with nearby shopkeepers.To be fair, the staff were helpful and decent, but their courtesy can’t make up for how poorly the property is being managed. Overall, this was my worst experience with any VITS property. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until management addresses cleanliness, amenities, parking, and the nonfunctional restaurant.
