"Absolute nightmare of an experience. I booked this hotel through Agoda and received a confirmed booking email. Prior to my arrival, I sent a direct message to the property clearly stating my train's arrival time at 12:30 AM and that I would be reaching the hotel around 1:00 AM.Despite this, when I arrived at the property, the staff bluntly told me they were full. I showed them my confirmed booking and the property's accepted messaging, but they completely refused to accommodate me, claiming no rooms were left. Being stranded in the middle of the night, I had to take an auto-rickshaw and search desperately for hours until I finally found alternative accommodation at 2:30 AM.This is a highly unprofessional way to run a hospitality business. If you overbook or do not honor late arrivals, you should not be on Agoda's platform. Travelers rely on these bookings for safety and peace of mind. Do not book this place if you are arriving late or expect them to honor your reservation!"
The place screams 'no maintenance'. Rooms smell mouldy. There's litter all around the maintenance section. So much such feels like under renovation. Cafe is closed as well. Rooms are good but they beg attention.

Solo Traveller • May 2026The Location of the hotel is their only savior to get atleast one star. They don't respond from reception. The one at front desk takes ages to even check in. There is no parking and no proper approch to the hotel premises as it's under construction. The employees here don't respond to basic requirements. The whole place is front of a fish market making the stink complimentary to the existing poor service at premises. This is not worth for family stay!
