Do not recommend this as there are some Bihari theft who still your petrol under the scam of “ sir key desk pe chodo rat ko hum park kr denge “ No parking space as well
We had the worst experience at this property. It looks great in photos and rooms are big, but the property is not at all maintained. When we checked in there was so much stinking odor that we could not breathe. The staff informed that they had sprayed pest control because of mosquito infestation.There is water that is constantly overflowing from the water tank on the roof which causes health concerns because of water puddles. Shower heads were not working in tge first 2 rooms they allocated us. There is no hair dryer and the iron they provided was from 15th century. When we shared pur concern with Seema at their front desk, she was just a sweet talker with no action to resolve issues. Because mosquitoes, water constantly pouring outside the room, and stinking smell, we requested the hotel to deduct money for 1 night and refund the balance so we could check into another hotel. Seema kept bouncing us between her manager and Sunita at their head office, neither of them did the right thing for customer experience. This very typical of Indian hospitality where they want to do everything cheap or sometimes even cheat the customer. Both Seema and Sunita did a lot sweet talking, but neither of them served us right. They did not give us any refund and we were forced to stay at this badly maintained property. The only positive is that the rooms are large. But there were only 2 families including us in the entire property. So that pretty much tells you about the reputation of White Pearl Suites.Avoid this hotel and stay somewhere close to Baga beach.

Solo Traveller • Jan 2026Had some issues with booking via Goibibo, we were not able to get the room we selected. The front office staff was good and the senior (male) was very rude and asked to adjust with what they have currently. Kindly call the hotel prior to date of check in to avoid such issues. Room was good with balcony and bathroom is not that clean as shown, but overall stay was good.
