Whoopers Home Bir

I had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the property was tidy and well kept. I strongly suggest this hotel.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The cleanliness was excellent, the washroom was cleaned every day, and the receptionist was kind and courteous. It's an ideal place for solo travelers, and I definitely recommend it.

Affordable, tidy, and sanitary hostel with very welcoming staff. Located about 1 km from Bir bus stop, which keeps it quiet and less busy. The food was mediocre, so I suggest dining elsewhere. All in all, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Rather than feeling relaxed, we felt restricted by too many rules. What made it worse was that we weren't informed about these policies before arriving. The staff only began enforcing them after we had checked in. Communication was poor, and the management caused a lot of stress during our visit. I wouldn't suggest this hotel if you want a peaceful vacation.

This was one of the worst hostel stays I've experienced. The staff were very rude, unprofessional, and completely lacked basic hospitality and politeness. Rather than assisting guests, they were confrontational and dismissive, which made the stay stressful. There were no clear rules or guidelines provided, causing unnecessary confusion. When I voiced my concerns, no effort was made to fix the problem. The refund policy was not clearly explained during booking, and the handling of the situation felt unfair and very disappointing. A hostel is more than just a place to sleep—it’s about how guests are treated. Sadly, this hostel failed in the most crucial area: customer service. I wouldn’t suggest Whoopers Hostel to anyone unless they improve their staff’s attitude, professionalism, transparency, and communication of policies.
