We had a soul calming experience at this beautiful place. The location was pristine, rooms overlooking spectacular landscapes and the food was the most delicious spread of Indian cuisine. The staff and officials were ever smiling and cordial especially Ashok Fernandez who was immaculate in his duties, helpful and very considerate. Loved it all.

A Refreshing Break from the Busy World !!I stayed at Wildplanet Resorts, Nilgiri for one night and it was a wonderful experience. The best part was that there was no mobile network, which actually helped everyone stay away from phones and truly enjoy the resort and nature.The surroundings were stunning and the natural beauty there is just amazing. The room was very clean, cozy, and well maintained. They also provided transportation anytime we needed, whether it was to our room or any other place inside the resort.The staff were extremely cooperative and professional. A special mention to our coordinator Mr. Subeesh, who was excellent and made sure all our needs were taken care of.There are plenty of fun activities to enjoy like forest walk, trekking, kayaking, indoor and outdoor games. The monkey crawling and hanging bridge walk were super adventurous and exciting.The food was also great, with both veg and non-veg buffet options. Everything tasted really good and I honestly have no complaints.Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend this resort.

Well, just like a great movie, writing a detailed review about this place would be a spoiler!! This is a lifetime experience ’’’’.. Meant to be savoured by all, right from the journey to the stay.. Everything is just out worldly.. Just a word of caution.. The last 4 km leading up to the resort is bumpy /off road and they are narrow.. See to it that you don't go before check-in time so that you can avoid vehicles coming in the opposite direction as the roads are narrow, this can be managed... Give this a try and you will savour this for a long time ’’.. The staff is outstanding.. Especially Mr Ashok Fernandes.. They make you feel so comfortable!

Our stay here was pleasant and offered a refreshing chance to disconnect from mobile devices and reconnect with nature and family.Pros:1. Beautiful location with calming forest-like surroundings.2. Plenty of engaging activities to explore across the property.3. The nature walk was well-organized, informative, and enjoyable.4. The trek offered refreshing views and a great outdoor experience.5. Tasty food with a good variety of options.6. Helpful and courteous staff throughout our stay.Cons:1. At the time of booking, we were informed that horse riding and ATV rides were available; however, upon arrival, we were told they were under maintenance, which was disappointing.2. We had only enquired about a birthday celebration, not confirmed it, yet it was arranged and billed at checkout without prior communication. The leftover cake was also not provided to us.3. We were promised a refund by the bookings team, but even after nearly a month, it has not been processed, which reflects poorly on the service experience.Tip:Based on our experience, Wild Planet Bana Heights, Wayanad offers better value and overall guest satisfaction compared to this property.
