A beautiful property completely ruined by mismanaged logistics and pathetic service.The Good: We stayed in a Premium Villa. The property itself is excellent, perfectly blended with nature, and genuinely feels like living in a forest. The views are wonderful, and the food is also good.The Bad: The property is massive, with kilometers of distance between the parking area, lobby, and villas. You are entirely dependent on their internal transportation, and they seriously lack a capable team to service the number of guests they accommodate.Our check-in time was 1:00 PM. Outside vehicles are only allowed up to the parking area, where we had to wait 30 minutes for their internal bus. When it arrived, there was absolutely no staff to help. We had to load our own luggage and climb in ourselves.Tip for future guests: travel very light.We had a physically challenged family member with us, and struggling with heavy bags while supporting her was incredibly difficult.Due to animal movement, there is a strict restriction on walking around the property between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This leaves you with very limited time to actually explore, and that time ends up being wasted waiting for their delayed vehicles. Furthermore, there is zero mobile network. They provide WiFi, but it was completely down for 4 hours in the evening due to maintenance, so come prepared to be entirely disconnected.The checkout experience was a disaster. Checkout is at 11:00 AM. We packed and called for a pickup, but nobody arrived. After multiple follow-ups, they called at 11:45 AM claiming a vehicle was waiting. We carried our luggage 200 meters to the internal road, only to find nothing. We walked back to the villa, called again, and a vehicle finally showed up. By the time we reached the lobby and cleared the checkout process, it was 1:00 PM. Again, there was no help with our luggage on the way back to the parking lot.This is not a single tower hotel where guests can just hop in a lift. If management doesn't have the vehicles or staff to handle everyone checking out at 11:00 AM, they need to stagger checkout times based on their resources and keep guests informed.I raised these issues repeatedly during our stay to almost every front-end staff member, including the Guest Experience Manager, Subeesh, but saw zero improvement. The receptionist simply stayed silent when I brought it up at checkout.Overall, a pathetic experience. Only their price is luxury, not the service. When you pay 28K for 1 night, do not expect a 5 star service like Hyatt or Crowne Plaza, you will be disappointed. The nature is beautiful, but the hospitality and logistics are severely lacking.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Planet. My son had a great time in the play area, which made our trip even more enjoyable.The food was excellent and tasted just like home-cooked meals. We really appreciated the quality and freshness of every dish.A special thanks to Mr. Prince for taking such good care of us. He was very kind, patiently answered all our questions, and ensured that all our needs were taken care of throughout our stay.I sincerely hope the team continues to maintain the same high level of service and the excellent food quality. We look forward to visiting again!

The food was excellent, especially the vegetarian dishes and chicken items. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. There is no mobile network here, which makes it an ideal destination to truly disconnect and unwind. Highly recommended!

It's an awesome jungle resort. The location is amazing. We are just into mother nature's lap. Staff at the resort is very courteous, friendly and ready to help. They have maintained the flora and fauna of the Nilgiri's. Can put more words. But short of time. I want to get back to my jungle bath. Bye for now.
