Terrible Experience

Extremely disappointed with our stay here, especially after booking a premium room. Basic necessities like water bottles weren’t even provided. To make matters worse, the lift was non-operational, forcing us to haul heavy luggage all the way to the 4th floor. Instead of apologizing or helping, the staff defensively told us, "We don't mention anywhere that we have a lift."To top it off, during check-out, they rigidly threatened to charge us an extra INR 500 if we exceeded the time by even 15 minutes. When we told the staff we’d be leaving a negative review due to this terrible experience, they just casually said "OK." Zero hospitality, ridiculous attitude and definitely not the standard you expect from a brand like Zostel. Avoid this property if you value basic courtesy.
