Indian Railways to introduce superfast all AC-3 tier train; Details Below!

Indian Railways is all set to introduce another Humsafar Express all AC-3 tier train service.

The new Humsafar Express train will travel weekly between Sealdah in West Bengal and Jammu Tawi in Jammu and Kashmir.

The IRCTC trains have been fitted with dustbins, mini-pantry, coffee/tea/soup vending machine, LED lights, bio-toilets, CCTV cameras and much more.


The 22318 Jammu Tawi-Sealdah weekly Humsafar Superfast Special train will begin its inaugural run today, July 3, 2018.

The regular service of the 22318/22317 train from Sealdah to Jammu Tawi will commence from July 9, 2018 and run every Monday, and from Jammu Tawi to Sealdah, the regular service will commence from July 11, 2018 and run every Wednesday.


The Sealdah-Jammu Tawi weekly Humsafar Superfast Express train will have sixteen AC three-tier coaches.

En route, in both directions, the train service will make stops at Ludhiana, Ambala Cantt., Saharanpur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Lucknow, Varanasi, Mughalsarai, Gaya, Dhanbad, Asansol stations.
