Presenting ixigo trains’ all new and improved ‘Entertainment Section’, where we make sure that the second you step onto your train, not an instant of your journey goes dull. So, what all do we have for you? Read along to know more!
Where to Find the Entertainment Section?
Entertainment section can be found on the bottom banner of your screen, alongside home, trips, apps and profile. Other than this, you can also find it in the features grid found on the top of the app home page. If you scroll down the home page, you’ll also be able to see another entry point with a banner.
What Does the Entertainment Section Consist of?
It’s a dedicated segment readied just to keep you entertained. Once you enter the section, find yourself a variety of content to choose, browse and watch. From news and videos to radio and games, we have ensured that the content you consume is absolutely top-notch!
News
This is the first section you’ll come across when you tap on the ‘Entertainment tab’. Use this section to keep yourself updated with the latest trends and news from around the world. You can also filter through and find content that suits your interests from topics such as city, politics, cricket, sports, business and 18 more such topics.
Like the content you’re seeing? Share it with your friends and family through Whatsapp by tapping on the ‘Whatsapp icon’.You can even get notified when fresh content gets uploaded. Just tap on the settings option on the top right section of the screen and enable the ‘Notification’ option. You can also change your news language preference here.
Videos
Don’t like reading? No problem! Let the video section come to your rescue! Be it trending videos, movie trailers, comedy videos or Bollywood’s latest gossip, we promise that the entertainment section has got you covered with the best of regional, national and international content.
To make the most out of this section, make sure you explore enough by tapping on the drop down option present alongside the sub-categories. Like a certain video? You can even share it on Whatsapp with your friends and family.
Radio
Want to listen to some interesting podcasts? We have a solution. Classified into distinct topics like news, health, comedy, lifestyle and more, you can now indulge in podcasts of your favourite topic whenever, wherever!
Games
This section provides you with the coolest mobile games. Just remember to have a valid internet connection at all times.
In case you do not find this revamped version of the Entertainment section on your app, do not worry. It just means that your app isn’t updated to the latest version.
