Indian Railway cancels 18 trains for February

In today’s top news, the Indian Railways has announced the cancellation of several popular trains for the month of February.

The railways has advised passengers to make a note of the affected trains so as to avoid any problems while travelling.

A) Due to non-interlocking work in the Dhanbad Division of East Central Railway from 29th January to 15th February, the following trains will remain cancelled as below:-

> Train no. 11448 Howrah – Jabalpur Shaktipunj Express will remain cancelled from 8th to 15th February.

> Train no. 11447 Jabalpur – Howrah Shaktipunj Express will remain cancelled from 6th to 13th February.

> Train no. 19608 Madar Junction – Kolkata Express will remain cancelled on 7th February.

> Train no. 19607 Kolkata – Madar Junction Express will remain cancelled on 10th February.

> Train no. 19413 Ahmedabad – Kolkata Weekly Express will remain cancelled on 9th February.

> Train no. 19414 Kolkata – Ahmedabad Weekly Express will remain cancelled on 12th February.

> Train no. 13025 Howrah – Bhopal Weekly Express will remain cancelled on 7th February.

> Train no. 13026 Bhopal – Howrah Weekly Express will remain cancelled on 9th February.


B) Due to yard remodeling at Prayagraj Chheoki Station, the North Western Railway canceled these two trains:


> Train no. 12395 Rajendra Nagar Patna – Ajmer train will remain canceled on 9th, 16th and 23rd February.

> Train no. 12396 Ajmer – Rajendra Nagar Patna train will remain canceled on 11th, 18th and 25th February.

C) Due to unavoidable circumstances, the Indian Railways has announced the cancellation of these trains.

> Train no. 05702 Katihar – Malda Town Passenger Special will remain cancelled on 12th February.

> Train no. 05701 Malda Town – Katihar Passenger Special will remain cancelled on 13th February.


D) Due to non-interlocking, the West Central Railway has regulated the following trains:
