More Than 20 Trains Launched, Extended by Railways

In view of the passenger rush that is expected during the festival of Holi, the Indian Railways has confirmed the launch and extension of many special services. Scroll down to learn more.

> The North Western Railway will be connecting two important state capitals via special services. 

Train no. 09731 Jaipur–Bhopal Special will run on 16th and 18th February. It will depart from its source at 3:30 PM, and will arrive at Bhopal at 6:20 AM the next day.  

Train no. 09732 Bhopal–Jaipur Special will run on 17th and 19th February. It will depart from its source at 9:45 AM, and will arrive at Jaipur at 2 AM the next day.  

> The East Central Railway shared information about 16 trains that will be operated in the coming days to manage the festival rush. 

Some of these are: 

  • Train no. 04064 Anand Vihar Terminus–Jogbani Holi Special will run on 4th and 11th March. 
  • Train no. 04063 Jogbani–Anand Vihar Terminus Holi Special will run on 6th and 13th March. 
  • Train no. 04412 Anand Vihar Terminus–Saharsa Holi Special will take three trips from 2nd to 9th March. 
  • Train no. 04411 Saharsa–Anand Vihar Terminus Holi Special will take three trips from 3rd to 10th March.

> The Western Railway notified about two new special services in view of the Mahashivratri Fair in Junagadh.
