- Customers must apply the applicable coupon code at the time of booking to avail this offer.
- The INDUSIND Bank Credit Card EMI offer is valid on all days during the offer period.
- This offer is valid once per customer per month per category.
- This offer is not valid on INDUSIND Bank Debit Cards, INDUSIND Bank Net Banking, or full-swipe payments made using INDUSIND Bank Credit Cards.
- This offer is not applicable on payments made through ixigo Money, third-party wallets, or Net Banking.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion on ixigo.
- In case of partial or full cancellation of a Hotel booking, the offer shall stand void, and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- In case of cancellation or rescheduling of a Hotel booking, the customer shall bear any applicable booking amount difference, along with the applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by a customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event shall the total liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the promotional discount amount.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this offer.
- The User Agreement and Privacy Policy available on the ixigo website shall apply.
- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are not permitted to make bookings for their customers under this offer. ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel such bookings without refund.
- This offer is non-cashable, non-extendable, and non-negotiable.
- Any queries regarding this offer will be entertained within 60 days from the offer fulfilment date. After this period, INDUSIND Bank and ixigo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the offer.
