Terms & Conditions
- Download the ixigo apps or log on to ixigo.com.
- The customer should be logged into his/her ixigo account to avail the offer.
- The discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased, e.g., insurance).
- For hotels, the discount is only applicable on “Pay Now” bookings and on selected properties.
- Customers must apply the coupon code at the time of booking to avail this offer.
- The offer will remain valid on International Hotels on all days from 9th September till 15th September 2026, both days inclusive.
- This offer is valid on payments made through Axis Bank Credit Cards option only.
- This offer is not valid on Axis Bank Credit Card EMI, Axis Bank Debit Cards or Axis Bank Net Banking option.
- This offer is valid once per card per category per code during the offer period.
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through ixigo money, 3rd party wallets or net banking.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other offer of ixigo.
- In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- If the customer cancels the booking after the discount amount is availed, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event shall the entire liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy at ixigo website shall apply.
- Customers who are Travel Agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers, and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
- This offer is non-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from the offer fulfilment date. Post such date, the Bank & ixigo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
- Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- The cashback/discount/assured gift/prize is sponsored by ixigo, and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by ixigo in this regard.
- The Program/Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise/products/services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
- ixigo & AXIS BANK reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer with another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
