- A processing fee of Rs 199 plus applicable taxes will be charged by the card issuer for each EMI transaction.

- Customers who fail to enter the promo code or use the wrong promo code shall not be eligible to avail the offer.
- For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank directly and ixigo shall not entertain such claims.
- BOBCARD holds no warranty or representation regarding the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by ixigo. Any dispute must be resolved directly with ixigo.
- BOBCARD shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claim arising out of the use of goods or services availed under this offer.
- BOBCARD and ixigo reserve the right to disqualify any customer if fraudulent activity or misuse of the offer is identified.
- BOBCARD and ixigo reserve the right to add, alter, modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
- ixigo shall be the sole authority for interpretation of these terms and conditions.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In the event of misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event shall the entire liability of ixigo exceed the promotional discount amount under this offer.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- Disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.

- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers under this offer. ixigo reserves the right to cancel such bookings without refund.
