Offer Details:
The offer applies to passengers flying from Delhi (DEL) to many long-haul cities via Shanghai on China Eastern (MU)-operated flights, including:
- Auckland, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane (Oceania)
- Vancouver, Toronto (Canada)
- Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York (USA) …and other long-haul connections via Shanghai.
Eligibility / Conditions
- Layover Requirement
- Layover in Shanghai must be overnight and exceed ~6 hours between flights.
- Fare / Ticketing Requirement
- Tickets must be issued by China Eastern (typically ticket numbers starting with “781”) and operated by China Eastern or its partner Shanghai Airlines.
- A minimum one-way fare of CNY 1800 (approx ~INR 23,000) for the relevant sector is suggested in your agent’s note (common commercial rule instead of specific RBD). Fares below this might not automatically qualify. (This matches typical internal qualifiers used by airlines for such perks.)
- Availability
- Transit accommodation is subject to availability at the time of request —recommend at least 72 hours’ notice before the flight to confirm hotel rooms.
Terms & Conditions
Conditions in case of cancellation:
- In case of full cancellation, the offer stands void, and the customer will not be eligible for discount.
- If the customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount is credited, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
- In case of partial cancellation, the offer stands void if the revised booking amount is not eligible for discount. If the revised booking amount is still eligible for the discount or cashback, then it will be appropriately reduced based on the booking amount.

- The user agreement and privacy policy of ixigo shall apply.
- ixigo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- For any card-related claims, the customer shall approach the relevant bank and ixigo shall not entertain any such claims.
- ixigo is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event shall the entire liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
