- The customer should be logged into his/her ixigo account to avail the offer.
- For hotels, the discount is only applicable on “Pay Now” bookings.
- Customer must apply the coupon code at the time of booking to avail this offer
- No Cost EMI is only applicable on flight bookings and on 3 Month EMI tenure.
- This offer is valid on payment made through ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI option only.
- The offer is valid once per user per card per product during the offer period.
- The offer is not valid on ICICI Credit Card full swipe, ICICI Net Banking & Debit Card.
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through ixigo money, 3rd party wallets, net banking.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
- In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- If the Customer cancels the flight or hotels after the discount amount is availed, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event the entire liability of ixigo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy at ixigo website shall apply.
- Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and ixigo reserves the right to deny or cancel such bookings. No refund will be provided in such cases.
- This offer is non-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfilment date. Post such date, the Bank & ixigo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
- Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts/prizes offered by the Alliance Partners.
- Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts/prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
