- If the booking is cancelled after the discount has been availed, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
- In case of rescheduling or cancellation, the customer will have to bear the fare difference (whether in base fare or taxes/surcharges) along with applicable rescheduling or cancellation charges.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In case of misuse or abuse of the offer by a customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event shall the total liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the promotional discount amount.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this offer.
- The User Agreement and Privacy Policy on the ixigo website shall apply to all customers availing this offer.
- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are not permitted to make bookings for their customers under this offer. ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel such bookings without refund.
