Terms & Conditions

• The customer should be logged into his/her ixigo account to avail the offer.
• This offer is valid only on both Domestic and International Flight bookings made via ixigo.
• Offer is valid only on all days.
• For flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g, insurance).
• You must apply coupon code: IXIONE before making the payment of your booking.
• The offer will remain valid till 30th Apr 2024.
• This offer is valid on payments made through One Card Credit Card only.
• Offer is not valid on One Card issued by Indian bank.
• The offer is valid once per user per product per month. This means user can avail both full swipe offer and EMI offer once during the period
• This offer is not applicable on payments made through ixigo money, 3rd party wallets, net banking & Debit Card payments.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
• If the customer cancels the flight after the discount amount is availed, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
• ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
• In no event the entire liability of ixigo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer. ixigo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at ixigo website shall apply.
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
• This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of One Card.
• Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• One Card & ixigo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• One Card Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
