- The customer must be logged into their ixigo account to avail this offer.
- An exclusive discount is available on select OYO properties listed on ixigo.
- The offer is applicable only on eligible OYO hotel bookings made via ixigo.
- The discount will be applied automatically on eligible properties and reflected on the booking page.
- The discount will be calculated on the booking amount excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased (e.g., insurance).
- The offer is valid only during the offer period and on eligible inventory.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other ixigo coupon, offer, or promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The offer is not applicable on payments made using ixigo money, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- In case of partial or full cancellation, the offer shall become void and the customer shall not be eligible for the discount.
- If the booking is cancelled after the discount has been applied, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
- In case of rescheduling or cancellation, the customer will have to bear the fare/price difference and applicable modification or cancellation charges as per the hotel policy.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In case of misuse or abuse of the offer by a customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event shall the total liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the promotional discount amount.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this offer.
- The User Agreement and Privacy Policy available on ixigo shall apply to all customers availing this offer.
- Customers who are travel agents by occupation are not permitted to make bookings for their customers under this offer. ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel such bookings without refund.
- This offer is non-cashable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.
