- Download the ixigo app or log on to the ixigo website
- The customer should be logged into his/her ixigo account to avail the offer.
- For hotels, the discount is only applicable to “Pay Now” bookings.
- The customer must apply the coupon code LUXURAVISAN at the time of booking to avail this offer
- The offer will remain valid on International hotel bookings till 31st March 2026.
- This offer is valid on payments made through select Punjab National Bank Credit card only.
- Offer valid only on payments made through the PNB Luxura Visa Credit Card. (BIN 436428).
- The offer is valid once per customer per month per category.
- A customer can avail the offer once per month on International hotel bookings.
- The offer is not valid on PNB Debit Card or PNB Net Banking.
- Offer is not applicable on payments made through ixigo money, 3rd party wallets, or net banking
- The offer cannot be combined with any other offer
- In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void, and the customer will not be eligible for the discount
- If the Customer cancels their hotel booking after the discount amount is availed, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
- In no event shall the entire liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the amount of the promotional discount under this offer
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy at ixigo website shall apply
- Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
- This offer is non-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from the offer fulfilment date. Post such date, the Bank & ixigo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
- Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- PNB Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts/prizes offered by the Alliance Partners. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services, and assured gifts/prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to PNB Bank.

- PNB Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
- The cashback/ discount /assured gift/prize is sponsored by the Alliance Partner, and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
- PNB Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in the delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts/prizes.
- The Program/Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise/products/services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
