Terms & Conditions
- Download the ixigo apps or log on to the ixigo website.
- The customer should be logged into their ixigo account to avail the offer.
- For hotels, the discount is applicable only on “Pay Now” bookings.
- The customer must apply the coupon code at the time of booking to avail this offer.
- The offer is valid on Domestic and International Hotels from 12 August to 17 August 2026, both days inclusive.
- This offer is valid only on payments made through the RBL Credit Card payment option.
- The offer is valid once per card per product per category during the offer period.
- The offer is not valid on RBL Debit Cards, RBL Net Banking, or RBL Credit Card EMI payments.
- The offer is not applicable on payments made through ixigo money, third-party wallets, or net banking.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
- In case of partial or full cancellation, the offer will become void and the customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- If the customer cancels the flight after the discount has been availed, ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund, and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
- In case of rescheduling or cancellation, the customer will have to bear the fare difference, regardless of whether the component is part of the base fare or taxes and surcharges, along with applicable rescheduling or cancellation charges.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In case of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event shall the total liability of ixigo under this offer exceed the promotional discount amount.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- The User Agreement and Privacy Policy available on the ixigo website shall apply.
- Customers who are Travel Agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers. ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or cancel such bookings. In such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
- This offer is non-cashable, non-extendable, and non-negotiable.
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained until 60 days from the offer fulfilment date. Post this period, the Bank and ixigo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the program from the cardholder.
- Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- RBL Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery, or otherwise of the goods and services or assured gifts/prizes offered by the Alliance Partners. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services, or assured gifts/prizes must be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Alliance Partner, without any reference to RBL Bank.
- RBL Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use or otherwise of any goods, services, or assured gifts/prizes availed by the Cardholder under the Program/Offer offered by the Alliance Partner.
- RBL Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner or Cardholder from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise through the use of the Card.
- The cashback, discount, assured gift, or prize is sponsored by the Alliance Partner, and the Cardholder shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
- RBL Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss caused in the delivery of goods, services, or assured gifts/prizes.
- The Program/Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise, products, or services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
- ixigo and RBL Bank reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice or liability, to add, alter, modify, change, or vary these Terms and Conditions, replace the offer wholly or partly with another offer, or extend or withdraw the offer altogether.
