Railways Top The Poll!

If you have an opinion about the National Democratic Alliance, you can share it with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, like many have done on MyGov.in. Run by the government of India, this portal is where the PM solicites ratings on 15 of his pet projects. It’s the scores collected at the end of the responses that tells what and whose work actually makes the cut in the government.

You all will be glad to know that the initiatives taken by the government on rail connectivity and modernisation rank at the top on the website with an average score of 4.6 stars. Kudos to our Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu.

Next on the list are the initiatives on highways and roads, which have bagged a score of 4.55 stars. Third on the list are the initiatives by External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj with an average score of 4.5 stars.

Moreover, work in the power sector and Make in India are other two popular initiatives that have scored an average of 4.2 stars.

Initiatives taken on black money have disappointed many voters (average score of 3.5 stars). Both, education and Swachh Bharat initiatives have scored an average of 3.9 stars.

As per the sources, this poll was done by the Prime Minister himself, as he was eager to get direct feedback on his government.

As per an official associated with the project, “the quiz has been visited by around 4.5 lakh and over 15,000 people have completed the rating. There is a list of 15 parameters with star ratings at the bottom. Not all have completed the quiz, possible due to connectivity and other issues”.
