Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
The candidates must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised board and must also possess an ITI certificate in the trade notified from the institutes recognised by NCVT/SCVT.
Age Limit:
The candidates should be above 15 years and less than 24 years of age at the time of receiving online applications i.e., October 4, 2021. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of SC/ST applicants and by 3 years for OBC applicants.
How to Apply:
Eligible candidates can apply for the posts online by visiting the official website — scr.indianrailways.gov.in between October 4 and November 3, 2021.
Application Fee:
Candidates need to pay a non-refundable sum of Rs.100 as the application fee. However, SC/ST, female and PWBD candidates are exempted from the same.
