Due to some unavoidable circumstances and an increase in demand, the timings and schedule of several special trains are being revised by the Indian Railways.
Here are some of the important updates —
1- The Northern Railway has tweeted about a change in timings for several special mail/ express trains. The timings of train no. 02127 Jabalpur–H. Nizamuddin Sampark Kranti Special have been revised effective 1st October, 2021. The timings of important trains including train no. 02277 Tirupati–Jammu Tawi Humsafar Express and train no. 01108 Banaras–Gwalior Express are also being revised.

2- Train no.s 20503/20504 Dibrugarh–New Delhi–Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express Special will now run 5 days a week instead of once a week. The move is taken to meet the increasing demand of passengers on this route.

3- The Western Railway has tweeted about a change in timings for 20 special trains at Kanpur Central Station. These changes will be effective from today. For more details on this, read the official tweet —
Timings of few WR Special trains halting at Kanpur Central station are being revised, w.e.f 10th Sept. 2021.

4- Train no. 05065 Gorakhpur–Panvel Special will run as per a new schedule starting today, 10th September.
