England uses a single plug type: Type G. This plug type is not used in India, so your Indian plug will not fit.

Do I Need a Voltage Converter in England?

England runs on a main voltage of 230 volts at a frequency of 50 Hz. This is effectively the same as India's 230V/50Hz. You can plug any Indian device into a England socket without a voltage converter, as long as the plug shape fits.

Will my Indian charger work in England?

Your charger will work, but only with a plug adapter. England uses Type G sockets at 230V/50Hz. Your Indian phone and laptop chargers are dual-voltage (the label reads 100–240V), so they handle England voltage without any issue. The only question is plug shape — your Indian plug will not fit Type G sockets at all, so you must carry a travel adapter.
