Do I Need a Voltage Converter in Guadeloupe?

Guadeloupe runs on a main voltage of 230 volts at a frequency of 50 Hz. This is effectively the same as India's 230V/50Hz. You can plug any Indian device into a Guadeloupe socket without a voltage converter, as long as the plug shape fits.

Will my Indian charger work in Guadeloupe?

Yes, but it depends on which socket your hotel has. Guadeloupe uses Type C, D and E sockets at 230V/50Hz. Your Indian phone and laptop chargers are dual-voltage (the label reads 100–240V), so they handle Guadeloupe voltage without any issue. The only question is plug shape — your Indian plug fits Type C and D sockets directly, but will not fit Type E sockets without an adapter. You do not need a voltage converter — Guadeloupe's 230V is the same as India's 230V.
