Do I Need a Voltage Converter in Isle of Man?

Isle of Man runs on a main voltage of 240 volts at a frequency of 50 Hz. This is effectively the same as India's 230V/50Hz. You can plug any Indian device into a Isle of Man socket without a voltage converter, as long as the plug shape fits.

Will my Indian charger work in Isle of Man?

Yes, but it depends on which socket your hotel has. Isle of Man uses Type C and G sockets at 240V/50Hz. Your Indian phone and laptop chargers are dual-voltage (the label reads 100–240V), so they handle Isle of Man voltage without any issue. The only question is plug shape — your Indian plug fits Type C sockets directly, but will not fit Type G sockets without an adapter. You do not need a voltage converter — Isle of Man's 240V is the same as India's 230V.
