Plug types used in Macau

Macau uses 4 plug types: Type D, M, G and F. Of these, Type G and F are not used in India, so you'll need a travel adapter for those sockets.

Do I Need a Voltage Converter in Macau?

Macau runs on a main voltage of 220 volts at a frequency of 50 Hz. This is effectively the same as India's 230V/50Hz. You can plug any Indian device into a Macau socket without a voltage converter, as long as the plug shape fits.

Will my Indian charger work in Macau?
