We visited during Guru Purnima. The rooms are a positive—spacious with a nice little balcony—and the location makes visiting Prem Mandir convenient, though expect access issues with outstation taxis during peak crowd closures. Unfortunately, the service and amenities don't match a 4-star tag. We faced a housekeeping lapse where our room wasn't cleaned despite dropping the key at reception with instructions. Dining was another letdown: the restaurant food is average, lunch timings don't start until 1 PM, and local food courts nearby serve much better meals faster. Needs better management

We stayed here during Guru Purnima. The rooms are roomy and include a charming small balcony, and the location is convenient for visiting Prem Mandir. However, the service and facilities fall short of what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Our room wasn't cleaned even after we left the key at reception with instructions, causing an unnecessary wait. The dining experience was disappointing as well: the restaurant's food was mediocre, lunch service only began at 1 PM, and nearby local food courts offered tastier meals more quickly.
